Friends dont let friends buy MAG

Ive Played mag since the first beta and loved it as far as the whole style of it but from day one said if this game didnt ship with a mic it would fail because you need good team work.I went out and rented it just to see how the game has changed since the last beta and i am so glad i didnt buy it.Half the people dont use mics and most of the people that do use them dont speak english??So glad i saved my money and to anyone who hasnt bought this game yet,go rent it and make your choice after.Dont listen to these fanboys cause this game will piss you off and make you wish you would of spent your money else where. And btw i stopped atleast 8 of my buddies from buying it please do the same!

Re: Friends dont let friends buy MAG

Ironically, if you had friends with MAG, you would have people to play with that would (hopefully) have a mic, and speak English. Unless you weren't in an English-speaking country, in which case that requirement seems silly.

I would say, "dont buy it until they fix the login on their forum"

They cant get the forum to work, I would guess they would have a hard time fixing bugs in the game, and the game has plenty.

Yup.  What Wraeththix said.

I play with lots of people with mics.  My clan requires mics.  Most of my friends have Mics.

But, on those days when I have no friends or clan members on line, I can always find a few people that have mics, and I invite them to group, and pretty soon I have a decent group of players using mics.

So, yeah, if you're antisocial (or people don't like to play with you), you'll spend a lot of time playing in groups without anybody talking.  Not fun.

If you invest even a small amount of energy into TRYING to group with people that have mics, you'll find it's a lot more fun.

Oh, and a note to people that haven't figured it out.  At the end of a match, on the squad rankings screen, you can select people and send them a group invite.  If you like the way someone plays, invite them to a group before you leave that screen (it works even if they have already left the match before you send the invite).

Raven!

(because our uniforms are cleaner than yours :smileywink:

Really?

So....your main complaints are about lack of teamwork, no mics, and language barriers...

...and you just talked a full squad's worth of friends (who presumably all would work together, on mics, in a common language) out of playing the game...

now THAT is some seriously impressive problem-solving!

I find it funny that you complain about inability to use English and yet you make all these spelling, punctuation, and grammar mistakes.

Appearantly Common Sense isn't as common as we'd like to think.
MAG patches are like wet farts; they make you smile at 1st, then you figure out what kind of poo you're in.
